Shipping & Delivery Standard Shipping Speeds and Delivery charges vary by the shipping address entered. We currently donot have free delivery options. The standard delivery speed is 7-10 business days. Cash on delivery is not available for all the pin codes. Return Policy A product can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return and Exchange only if the products are tarnished, not otherwise. So you are requested to be sure about the description of the product before ordering. Damaged/ Defective products must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories for example bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, etc. Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return-pick-up facility is not available on the items. Product that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, and accessories including covers and boxes. If you receive a product that is damaged we request you to send us images of the product along with the packaging in the condition you received it through email, while lodging the complaint with us. Refund Policy Once we receive the returned products and after inspecting the condition (products should be in original packaging and un-used condition), we would either send you a replacement OR issue you a refund for the same through an online bank transfer only within 7 working days from the confirmation date of returned item.
