How long is the order processing time?
Each order will be processed in 7-10 working days.
How do I make an exchange?
Exchanges are currently not permitted. If a product is found defective it can be returned. Please refer to our return policy.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We only accept online transactions through our merchants currently on this site, while placing an order for an item. You can also write to us at vaanarsenastudios@gmail.com for more options and we can try and work something out for you. COD is not currently available.
